Peachtree Lighting, Inc. was founded in 1989 by longtime lighting executives, Brian Kilkelly and Waddy Batson.
On July 19th, 2012, the assets of the company were sold to a manufacturing/investment group that has been involved in LED Lighting since High Power LED's began to be used in the Lighting industry back in the early 2000's. The new company, Peachtree Lighting, LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Heatron Inc., located outside Kansas City in Leavenworth, Kansas, USA. The company will be operated as a separate operating group from Heatron's Heating and LED Integration business units. Peachtree's objectives will be to integrate energy efficient and proven long lasting LED technology lighting in as much of its product offering as possible. The company is well capitalized and plans to utilize its expertise and experience to focus Peachtree on expanding its product line based on the latest and best innovations in LED technology. The company continues operations in its original facilities located in Covington, Georgia, USA.
Peachtree offers a broad selection of high output LED down lighting and architectural/cylinder products with a broad range of non LED options as well for the architectural market, such as Medical applications, Sanctuary/Church lighting, and commercial applications. Peachtree's products are ideal for architecturally sensitive and upscale applications including installations in Hospitals, Health Care, Churches, Theaters, Auditoriums, Atriums, Hotels, Restaurants, and Specialty Applications. In addition, Peachtree offers a full product family of decorative pendant Glass/Acrylic bowls which feature a wide variety of rich finishes, sizes, pendant styles, hardware, and lamping options.
