Quotations will be filed as “Work In Progress” until it is sent to the factory for pricing or finalized. You may make changes to any Work In Progress quote at any time.
When you “finalize” a quote, a unique quote number is assigned, and a formal copy of the quote is created stored as “Completed” for historical tracking purposes.
If you edit a Completed quote, a copy of the quote will be created as a new Work In Progress quote, and will need to be sent for pricing after changes are made.
